No voicemail, no office hours
The phone is covered 24/7, including weekends and holidays, because that is when most of these calls actually come in.
The connection costs you nothing
Calling and being connected is free. There is no fee, no membership and no booking charge for using this site. What you agree with the contractor afterwards is between you and them.
Licensed, insured and nearby
You are put through to an independent contractor who holds the license this trade and state require and who actually works in Newton. Ask to see the license and the certificate of insurance before work starts — any contractor worth hiring expects the question.
If the match is wrong, call back
If the first connection does not work out — no call back, no show, or a quote you do not trust — ring the line again and you will be put through to a different contractor.
Where these commitments stop
This service does not stand behind the work, and it would be dishonest to suggest otherwise. The contractors are independent businesses; the quality of the job, and any guarantee on it, come from the contractor you hire.
